I hope that you find our website both informative and useful. As co-owner of Blue Hawaii Properties, I'd like to take this opportunity to share a little about myself. I was born and raised in the Hudson River Valley of New York and also raised in Puerto Rico; an island very much like Kauai. I now reside in Wailua, Kauai with my wife Danièle and young daughter, Sofia.

I first arrived to Hawaii in 1978 and made Kauai my home in 1981. I have been a REALTOR® since 1989 and offer experience and personalized service that is hard to find in large, prolific franchises where many agents have only a few months of experience. My wife Danièle and I have worked hard to build our specialized boutique real estate company. We've put our heart & soul into making Blue Hawaii Properties a reality not only for ourselves, but for all the people of Kauai. We believe that representing our client's best interests is paramount. Whether selling or buying, we believe hard work, attention to detail and our sincere, no nonsense approach will get the job done right for you. With over 25 years on Kauai, my clients are confident that I know the lay of the land. I am grateful for the privilege to be doing business here; Kauai certainly is a Garden Island paradise. I have lived all over the island and enjoy Kauai's lush vegetation, its rich cultural history, the perfect blend of cool trade winds and pure Hawaiian sunshine.

Prior to my career in real estate, I served with the US Army's 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks on Oahu and as an MP in the Army Reserves, then with the Hawaii Air National Guard's 150th Aerospace Control & Warning Squadron at Kokee Air Force Station in the 1970's & 80's. During the early and late 1980's, I also worked for the US Navy as a Flight Line Plane Captain with the Dynalectron Corporation at the Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands, Kauai. Serving in America's Armed Forces taught me a lot about dedication and attention to detail; about hard work, sacrifice, loyalty, duty and honor.
